Stackable Credential: Biomedical Electronics Technology, Certificate of Proficiency
Students who elect to follow this academic plan may complete the following certificates while completing the requirements for the Engineering Technology, Associate in Applied Science:
- Skilled Trades Industrial Occupations Technology, Certificate of Specialization
- Biomedical Electronics Technology, Certificate of Proficiency

Students may elect to complete BE 153 for 4-6 credit hours to satisfy the requirements of the Biomedical Electronics Technology, Certificate of Proficiency. Students who complete BE 153 for fewer than 6 credit hours must complete an additional Engineering Technology approved elective to meet the credit hour requirements of the Engineering Technology, Associate in Applied Science.
Recommended Engineering Technology approved electives include: ME 140, EE 236, or EE 151.
