Advancing Employers: Corporate Services

Corporate Services offers customized and comprehensive solutions for workers that are already employed with our region's companies. As one of the largest providers of training and consulting services in the St. Louis metro area, this department helps advance more than 5,000 employees annually, representing dozens of organizations in healthcare, transportation, and advanced manufacturing sectors. The unit also offers enterprise-wide solutions for organizations with national and international footprints. Corporate Services also provide rental space for company training activities at Corporate College where the Testing and Assessment Center is also located. Visit Corporate Services webpage to learn more or contact us to discuss your company's unique training needs.

Advancing Communities: Workforce Training

WSG offers short-term skills training opportunities for the region's workers and a talent pipeline for employers. These programs help job seekers develop marketable skills through accelerated training programs, usually with a duration of less than one semester. Explore training opportunities in advanced manufacturing, healthcare, and transportation that lead to jobs and a new career. Visit Community Services to learn more.

WSG also offers community support through HiSet training to prepare students for taking the GED high school equivalency test. Students can opt for a Fast Track option to focus on specific topics that need to be refreshed, or take the full HiSet program for a more comprehensive review. ESL is also offered in conjunction with partners across the region.

Advancing People: Continuing Education

Continuing Education (CE) enrolls thousands of participants annually in professional development and personal enrichment courses. Each year, CE offers over 1,000 courses at locations throughout the greater St. Louis region and online, often in partnership with other community organizations. Thousands of St. Louisans enjoy life long learning through CE, expanding their interests and growing their professional skills.
