Catalog Versions: Why does a catalog year matter?
Each edition of the catalog reflects the academic policies, program requirements, and curriculum effective at that time. While new editions may include updates, students may continue to follow the edition under which they established catalog rights.
Catalog Rights: Which catalog year should you follow?
Your catalog year is typically the first semester you first enrolled in your degree or certificate program. If you change your major or transfer in, your catalog year may be updated accordingly. Always consult your academic advisor or Degree Audit to confirm your requirements.
